Germany
Since its foundation in 1987, Marvol Trading GmBH still acts as the main hub for the expansion of trade between Russia, the Ukraine and Western European countries in the glass manufacturing sector. Since 2006 Marvol Trading GmBH is involved in the distribution of the premium wines from Hazendal Wine Estate from South Africa, a subsidiary of the Marvol Group.
Switzerland
In 1986 Marvol established Marvol Finanz AG to finance Marvol's Projects.
Russia
In 1992 Marvol started trading within the Asbestos Sector with UralAsbest of which there are now a shareholder. Marvol also established StroyPortManagement which is involved in construction projects for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Ukraine
In the Ukraine Marvol acts as shareholder of a glass-manufacturing company, which glass-products are being distributed worldwide by Marvol Germany.
USA
In the U.S. Marvol Holding has investments in Real Estate since 1995.
Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
Marvol has been present in Jordan since 2002 and holds shares in APCO, Trans Jordan Aviation Services and Gulf Investment House. APCO is involved in oil-trading, construction of a tank-farm, upgrade of an oil-terminal and its operation and oil-shale mining, restoration and extraction. Trans Jordan Aviation Services is involved in Aircraft Charters, Flight Support and Aviation Services. The Gulf Investment House is focusing on infrastructure and private equity investment opportunities, and the first project being realized is the Aqaba Oil Terminal Project.
South Africa
In 1994 Marvol purchased Hazendal (Pty) Ptd. A wine producing farm of premium quality wines, which are distributed around the world.
